Online Store Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 01.01.2026

§1. General information

  1. The online store Camping Lab, available at https://campinglab.pl, is operated by: Yevhenii Malenko, NIP: 5833178693, ul. Zawodzie 20, 80-726 Gdańsk, e-mail: info@campinglab.pl (hereinafter: the “Seller”).
  2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, entering into sales contracts, fulfilling orders, and the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller.
  3. The Store is operated through the Shopify platform, which is a technical tool used to support sales.
  4. These Terms and Conditions comply in particular with:
    • the Polish Civil Code,
    • the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,
    • the GDPR.

§2. Definitions

  1. Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order in the Store.
  2. Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  3. Privileged Entrepreneur — a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for that person.
  4. Product — goods offered in the Camping Lab Store.
  5. Standard Product — a non-personalised product offered in an unchanged form.
  6. Personalised Product — a non-prefabricated product made to the Customer's individual order which cannot be returned to standard sale.
  7. Contract — a distance sales contract entered into between the Customer and the Seller.

§3. Nature of the products

  1. The Store offers both standard productsand personalised products.
  2. Personalised Products:
    • are assembled and prepared after an order is placed,
    • are made on the basis of the configuration selected by the Customer,
    • are not stock items.
  3. The Customer cannot modify the technical design of the product or provide their own dimensions. Personalisation consists solely of selecting from the available configuration options.

§4. Placing and fulfilling orders

  1. Information about Products displayed in the Store constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract.
  2. An order placed by the Customer constitutes an offer to enter into a sales Contract.
  3. The Contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
  4. Order fulfilment begins once payment has been credited.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order in the event of:
    • incorrect or incomplete information being provided,
    • non-payment,
    • the selected configuration being impossible to fulfil.

§5. Prices and payments

  1. Prices are stated in PLN or EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Available payment methods are presented when the order is placed.
  3. Payment data is processed exclusively by external payment service providers.

§6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out exclusively by courier companies.
  2. The Store ships within:
    • the Republic of Poland,
    • the European Union.
  3. Detailed delivery rules are set out in the “Shipping Policy”.

§7. Right of withdrawal

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for a Standard Product within 14 days.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Personalised Products.
  3. Information about the loss of the right of withdrawal is presented when the order is placed.
  4. Detailed rules are set out in the “Returns and Complaints” document.

§8. Complaints

  1. The Seller undertakes to deliver Products that conform to the Contract.
  2. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of:
    • the Product not conforming to the Contract,
    • damage to the Product,
    • missing items.
  3. The rules for complaints are set out in the “Returns and Complaints” document.

§9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.

§10. Final provisions

  1. Polish law applies to Contracts concluded through the Store.
  2. The Contract is concluded in Polish.
  3. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the rights of Consumers or Privileged Entrepreneurs.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
