Shipping Policy

1. General information
This Shipping Policy sets out the rules for the fulfilment and delivery of orders placed in the online store Camping Lab, available at https://campinglab.pl
This document forms an integral part of the Camping Lab Online Store Terms and Conditions.
2. Order fulfilment
- Order fulfilment begins once payment has been credited.
- The order fulfilment time is:
- up to 3 business days — for Standard Products,
- up to 3 business days — for Personalised Products, calculated from the moment the order is confirmed for fulfilment.
- An order is considered fulfilled when the shipment is dispatched (handed over to the carrier).
- In the event of an increased number of orders or circumstances beyond the Seller's control, the fulfilment time may be extended, and the Customer will be informed by email.
3. Delivery methods
- Delivery is carried out exclusively by courier companies.
- The Store does not offer local pickup.
4. Delivery area
- Orders are delivered within:
- the Republic of Poland,
- the European Union.
- The Store does not ship outside the European Union.
5. Delivery time
- Delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier and is calculated from the moment the shipment is dispatched.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Poland: usually 1–3 business days,
- EU countries: according to the carrier's declared delivery time.
- The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies.
6. Shipping costs
- The delivery cost is displayed in the Store cart before the order is placed.
- The Store may periodically offer shipping promotions, which will always be clearly communicated.
7. Transfer of risk
- Where the Customer is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the shipment.
- Where the Customer is neither a Consumer nor a Privileged Entrepreneur, the risk passes to the Customer when the shipment is dispatched.
8. Shipment tracking
- After dispatch, the Customer receives an email containing:
- shipping information,
- a tracking number enabling shipment tracking (if the carrier provides this option).
9. Damage in transit
- The Customer should inspect the condition of the shipment immediately upon receipt.
- If damage is found, it is recommended to:
- prepare a damage report with the courier (if possible),
- contact the Seller immediately.
- Failure to prepare a damage report does not deprive the Customer of the right to submit a complaint, but may make it more difficult or take longer to handle.
- Damage must be reported in accordance with the procedure described in the “Returns and Complaints” document.
10. Responsibility for the delivery address
- The Customer is required to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
- The Seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
